Understanding the breath as the source of life, unfolding the powers it contains and using them for human development has an ancient tradition. We build on this.
The person, addressed in their entirety, experiences their breath as a breathing movement that connects within their body. The unconscious breathing is consciously experienced and linked to the mental and spiritual processes. The breathing power developed from this creates a living connection to the outside world. More than 50 years ago, Prof. Ilse Middendorf made this knowledge accessible to European culture through her own form of treatment and exercise, the Perceptible Breath.
- Breathing therapy in groups and individual treatment: In targeted physical and breathing exercises - sitting, standing, walking or lying down, at rest or in motion - the breath is stimulated in group lessons.
- The breathing treatment on the couch in a clothed state serves to promote awareness: you develop your personal ability to collect yourself and train your perception.
