In this compact seminar, we will show you what these are and which insights your company can particularly benefit from in order to shape your transformation holistically and implement it successfully. The situation is becoming increasingly complex for decision-makers, while the need for ethical, moral and sustainable action is also increasing. High pressure, frustration, disorientation and doubt are frequent companions in these times. How can you as a manager nevertheless succeed in making decisions and acting in such a way that you do justice to corporate goals, your employees, other stakeholders and yourself personally? The RESPONSIBLE LEADERSHIP - HSG seminar provides a possible answer to this question and supports you in fully exploiting your potential as a manager.
