The Technical Vocational School Zurich TBZ provides demanding continuing education, further training in the fields of automotive engineering, electrical engineering/electronics, IT and media technology.

In the field of IT, TBZ offers the federally recognized course to become a certified computer scientist CHE - Cloud-native Engineer.

In electrical engineering, these are further training courses to prepare for the Federal Professional Examination swiss.eit for Electrical Project Manager with Federal Diploma of Higher Education and for the Advanced Professional Examination (AFPE) for Electrical Installation and Safety Expert.

In the area of media technology, the sound engineering course is offered in preparation for the Federal Professional Examination of the AES Audio Engineering Society to become a sound engineer with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education, as well as the event technician course with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education, specializing in stage or lighting.

The continuing education program in automotive technology includes various courses, such as preparation for the AGVS Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education (AFPE) in Automotive Business Management and the AGVS Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) in Workshop Coordinator with Federal Diploma of Higher Education (AFPE). The TBZ also prepares its students for the AGVS/carrosserie suisse workshop coordinator certificate examinations.
