The HPC training program at the Holistic Personality Institute (HPI) is designed differently: It teaches the integrative meta-system that underlies all effective coaching approaches. Participants don’t just learn another method—they gain the foundation that explains why methods work, when they reach their limits, and how they can be holistically complemented for the benefit of their coachees.

The result: After 16 weeks, graduates are able to work professionally with people—without first having to complete additional specialized training. The HPC method is based on the HERZcode® and draws on intrinsic resources—a proven system developed through practical experience that integrates the three dimensions: body, soul, and identity.

We offer four areas of specialization that are directly geared toward specific career fields:

• Holistic Leadership (HLEAD),
• Work Integration (HAI),
• Self-Employment as a Coach (HSU) and
• Individual Practice Projects (HIP).

Training to Become a Certified Holistic Personal Coach (HPC)

Meta-Training—One Training Program, All Relevant Methods

Instead of completing separate training programs in NLP, mental coaching, trauma coaching, neuro-coaching, IKIGAI, women’s coaching, and other coaching disciplines, the HPC training program teaches the complementary, holistic meta-system that underlies them all. For each common coaching method, participants learn its strengths, weaknesses, and how it fits into the holistic picture—all within a coherent framework that can be applied immediately.

The Three Dimensions of the HPC Method

• The Body – Somatics, the Nervous System, Neurobiology, and Heart-Brain Coherence
• The Soul – Emotions, Attachment Patterns, Depth Psychology, and Trauma Regulation (at the coaching level)
