Finde es spannend und sehr interessant. Die Dozenten waren super, beide sind echt praxisnah, das merkt man sofort, da Sie auch viele Beispiele mitbringen, was bei Ihnen passiert ist oder was Sie auch probiert haben zu ändern. Zur Praxisrelevanz: Da ich in der Produktion tätig bin, wird es schwer alles umzusetzen. Da ich weit von den gelernten Inhalten bin.

Eine gute, berufsbegleitende Ausbildung, um das bestehende Wissen zu vertiefen. Gut organisiert und gestaltet. Die Vorbereitungsaufgaben garantieren, dass die Gruppe vorbereitet kommt. Aufwand für alle Aufgaben ist nicht zu unterschätzen, aber es lohnt sich… Die Dynamik im Unterricht hängt von der Gruppe ab. Ich bin mehr oder weniger zufrieden.

Interessante und lehrreiche Inhalte, die mit praktischen Beispielen gut umgesetzt werden. Das erleichtert den Umgang mit den Herausforderungen im QM. Ich habe viel von den Lerninhalten und Methoden profitiert und freue mich auf die weitere Umsetzung im Alltag.

Konzept aktualisieren. Gesundheitswesen separieren in allen 3 Modulen. Lerninhalt ist zu wenig an Gesundheitswesen adaptiert. Kursorganisation top. Abstimmung von Inhalt könnte deutlich besser sein bei aufeinander aufbauenden Kursen.

Kann nur weiterempfehlen. Der Lehrgang war sehr gut organisiert, auch mit der Räumlichkeiten und Parkplatz. Auch die Online-Plattform bietet sehr viele Informationen. Sehr nahe Praxisbeispiele und hohe Moderationskompetenz der Dozenten.

Die Weiterbildung ist für mich in beruflicher Hinsicht sehr bereichernd und motivierend. Das Gelernte konnte sofort in die Praxis transferiert werden. Ich war mit den Dozentinnen und Dozenten stets zufrieden. Je nach beruflichem Hintergrund gab es unterschiedliche Inputs z.B. bei Praxisbeispielen. Die Lerninhalte waren gut ausgewählt. Die Kurse sind sehr vollgepackt und erfordern Vor- und Nachbearbeitung der Themen. Mit den Booklets und weiteren Unterlagen klappt dies gut.

Umwelt Basiskurs (2021) und Umweltmanager (2022). Meine Schulzeit empfand ich als sehr anstrengend, weil ich ein Lerntyp bin, der über verschiedene Kanäle die Informationen aufnehmen muss, damit es hängen bleibt. Ich muss es sehen, hören, fragen und dann auch in Praxisbeispielen umsetzen können. Das habt Ihr für mich alles sehr gut umgesetzt und deshalb fand ich auch die Gruppenarbeiten sehr hilfreich.

Das Themenspektrum ist sehr ausgewogen und die Dozenten werden entsprechend dieser sehr gut eingesetzt. Die Leidenschaft war stets zu spüren und die Workshops/Gruppenübungen haben den Theorieteil aufgelockert. Es war wunderbar.

Ich kann dies nur weiterempfehlen. Mir persönlich helfen die Weiterbildungen bei SAQ. Auch werden die Diplomen und Zertifikate in einigen Unternehmen ziemlich anerkannt. Also bestimmt nicht das letzte mal das ich einen Lehrgang bei SAQ besucht habe.

Nichts ändern. Genau so weitermachen. Einzig die Klassengrösse sollte meiner Meinung nach nicht so gross sein wie bei uns (30 Personen sind zu viel damit jeder noch zum Zug kommt).

Ich habe nun bereits mehrere Weiterbildungen bei SAQ-Qualicon besucht. Sie sind alle jeweils durchs Band sehr gut strukturiert, man erhält sehr gute Unterrichtsunterlagen, die Dozenten/-innen sind jeweils Profi in ihrem Gebiet und meines Erachtens sehr für die Thematik engagiert. Auch bei der Dozentin (Franziska B.) brennt ein inneres Feuer für die Thematik, was sie gerne rüberbringt und ihr auch gelingt. So bringen Weiterbildungen wirklich etwas.

Die Organisation war klar geregelt, die Kommunikation über Open Olat läuft gut. Manchmal etwas kurzfristig bei wechsel von online zurück in Präsenz oder Sachen mitbringen 1,5 Tage vor Schule kommuniziert. Da es etwas Berufsbegleitendes ist, wäre solche Info vor dem Wochenende schön.

Ich komme wieder! Der Kurs ist sehr praxisnah. Ich kam mit vielen Ideen und voller Tatendrang in das Unternehmen zurück... und wurde dann leider gleich etwas ausgebremst. Das Kursprogramm ist straff. Im Booklet gibts weiterführende Informationen zur Vor- und Nachbearbeitung. Auf die Methodik wird viel Wert gelegt. Ein Stern Abzug gibts für den Online-Unterricht (pandemiebedingt).
