6 von 8 Tagen waren wirklich extrem gut. Die restlichen beiden fielen leider etwas ab. Insgesamt aber immer noch eine sehr gute Gesamteinschätzung, da das Overall-Paket gestimmt hat.

Die Weiterbildung war für mich eine sehr bereichernde Erfahrung. Die Inhalte waren praxisnah und verständlich aufbereitet, und die DozentInnen haben die Themen mit viel Engagement vermittelt. Ist für mich neu, wie das hier bei der SAQ gemacht wird. Aber ich finde den Unterricht, die Übungen und dann das Verarbeiten im Leistungsnachweis eine gute Sache. Ich muss mich dadurch richtig mit dem Thema auseinandersetzen.

Die Weiterbildung bei SAQ-QUALICON war insgesamt eine wertvolle Erfahrung. Die Inhalte waren gut strukturiert und praxisnah aufbereitet. Besonders positiv war die fachliche Kompetenz vieler Dozenten und der Bezug zu realen Anwendungsfällen aus der Industrie. Auch wenn der Stoffumfang fordernd war, habe ich in kurzer Zeit viel gelernt – fachlich und methodisch. Die Organisation war professionell, und bei Fragen oder Anliegen war das Team stets hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Weiterbildung weiterempfehlen – besonders für alle, die sich im Bereich Qualitätssicherung oder Management fundiert und praxisorientiert weiterbilden möchten.

Die Fachkompetenz, Sozialkompetenz war sehr gut. Ich hätte mir mehr Quizzes gewünscht. Der Kurs war gut strukturiert und abwechslungsreich, besonders durch den Wechsel von Gruppenarbeit und Lernen. Die Kombination aus Flipchart und Powerpoint fand sehr gut. Alles in allem war es eine gute Erfahrung und ich werde schauen ob es weitere Kurse gibt, die mich interessieren.
