Grundsätzlich ist es für Personen, die im Alltag noch nicht so in der Thematik sind, teilweise etwas zu oberflächlich - war aber trotzdem sehr lehrreich und bin überzeugt, dass wenn man im Unternehmen das erlernte bereits nutzt, man extrem viel profitieren kann

War eine tolle Erfahrung. Tolle Dozenten und ein verständlicher Inhalt. Man hatte genug Zeit für Vorarbeiten, da die Abstände zu den Kurstagen sehr gut gelegt wurden. Auch der Kurstag selber war nicht zu lange und mit genügend Pausen. Danke!

Verschieden In-House Schulungen bzgl verschiedenster Themen und auch SoftSkills Training fande sehr gut und würde diese jedem empfehlen. Bei den Lehrgängen vor Ort sollten wohlmöglich bei bestimmten Tehmen kleiner Gruppen angesetzt werden

Ich finde das Angebot sehr gut. Einige der Dozenten sind selbständig unterwegs und bieten auch Beratung / Coaching an. Etwas, das SAQ Qualicon (leider) nicht mehr macht.

Ich hatte Spass an der Weiterbildung und an dem Austausch mit den kommunikativen Mitgliedern der Gruppe und Dozenten. Zu Herausforderungen im Alltag konnte sich gut ausgetauscht werden, die Tools waren allgemein schon bekannt und brachten keinen Mehrwert. Der Lehrinhalt war qualitativ teilweise nicht vollständig.

Qualitativ sehr hochstehender Lehrgang, sehr klare Unterrichtsgestaltung und durch das OpenOlat sehr transparente Dokumentation. Betreuung vor Ort war einwandfrei.

Vermittelt das Wissen, welches man in der Praxis gut einsetzen kann. Ich konnte viel Gelerntes direkt im Unternehmen anwenden. Die Dozenten sind sehr Fachkompetent. Bei gewissen hatte ich mühe die Fragestellung richtig zu deuten. Aber im Grossen und Ganzen waren alle Dozenten sehr hilfsbereit und konnten die Theorie auch mit guten Praxisbeispielen belegen

Dran bleiben und weiter so. Die Dozenten / Praxistag haben ein sehr grosses Wissen. Dies führt in gewissen Momenten dazu, dass der "Student" etwas verwirrt wird. Der eine muss klar die Theorie rüber bringen, der andere verlässt die Theorie und man fragt sich danach, was ist jetzt wie richtig oder wichtig. Was aber auch schön ist an dieser Ausbildung --> Theorie und Praxis.

Die Ausbildung gibt einen guten Einblick in die Welt der Qualitätsmanager. Die Praxisnähe der Ausbildung wird bei SAQ-QUALICON betont. Leider wird oft die Sicht einer Geschäftsleitung eingenommen und zu wenig auf die Arbeit des Qualitätsmanagers fokussiert. Nebst ein paar herausragenden Dozenten gab es leider einige, die im Bereich Erwachsenenbildung zu wenig Kompetenzen mitbringen oder auch im Bereich Fachkompetenz eher schwach unterwegs waren. Aufgrund der zu wenig tief behandelten Themen und einigen zu wenig kompetenten Dozenten, empfehle ich die Ausbildung nicht weiter.

Ich persönlich habe mit dem Vorgehen der Vorbereitungsaufgaben ein wenig ein Problem gehabt. Einerseits bin ich sehr gewissenhaft und möchte alle gewünschten Aufgaben/Vorbereitungen erledigt haben. Allerdings sind wir aktuell im Unternehmen beim Qualitätsmanagement weit hinterher. Nun gibt es einige Vorbereitungsaufgaben, die ich entweder nicht bearbeiten kann, oder nicht möchte. Ich möchte mein Unternehmen nach aussen gut präsentieren und nicht jedem Kursteilnehmenden vermitteln müssen, was wir aktuell für einen Mist in diesem Bereich haben. Das hat immer einen Beigeschmack. Somit lasse ich etwaige Forumsbeiträge oder andere Aufgaben, die für jeden ersichtlich sind, aussen vor, was mich persönlich aber nicht zufriedenstellt.

Gesamtnote 4.75. Den Schwerpunkt des Seminars sehe darin, einen vertieften Einblick in die Erfahrungen einer Berufsgattung zu erhalten, bei welcher unzählige kurzfristige Entscheidungen gefällt werden und nicht im Vermitteln von (Entscheidungs-)Methoden. Fach- und Sozialkompetenz finde ich sehr gut. Daniel ist sehr auf die Bedürfnisse und Fragen der Teilnehmer eingegangen, was ich positiv fand, auch wenn in der Folge dem "Theorieblock" weniger Zeit gewidmet werden konnte. Die Folien haben wir ja zum Nachlesen erhalten :).
