Ich finde es sehr zeitaufwändig, wenn mach sich noch sehr intensiv auf den Kurs vorberieten müssen. Leider habe ich persönlich nicht so viel Zeit, musste mir diese freischaufeln. Auch den Leistungsnachweis nimmt sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch, was sehr schade ist. Eine Prüfung wurde reichen

Ich würde nicht überlegen, ob ich eine weitere Weiterbildung bei der SAQ-Qualicon mache, wenn ich nicht überzeugt wäre, dass die SAQ-Qualicon der richtige Ort ist.

Im CAS Operational Excellence werden spannende und praxisnahe Themen behandelt. Der Unterricht ist insgesamt abwechslungsreich und interaktiv gestaltet. Zudem wird viel Wert auf den Austausch mit den anderen Teilnehmenden gelegt. Insgesamt könnte aber die Qulität des CAS um einges verbessert werden, wenn die Inhalte der einzelnen Module besser aufeinander abgestimmt wären. Zudem könnte die Qualität der Unterrichtsmaterialien verbessert werden. Auch lag der Fokus eher auf produzierenden Unternehmen. Die Dienstleistungsbranche kam etwas zu kurz.

Den Lehrgang war spannend, lehrreich und informati. Die Erwartungen in den Kurs wurden erfüllt, der Unterrichtsstoff wurde von den beiden Dozenten mit praxisnahen Beispielen auf hohem Niveau vermittelt.

Der Studiengang war super. Das Open Olat war teilweise nicht immer selbsterklärend. Vor allem bei den Modulen rund um die Dispo / Diplomarbeit. Eventuell wäre da eine "Tour durchs Open Olat" mit den Studierenden zusammen nützlich.

Das Aus- und Weiterbildungsangebot der QQ ist für mich eine sehr gute Möglichkeit für meine berufliche Arbeit Anregungen und das nötige Wissen für eine weite Entwicklung zu finden. Ebenfalls ist es eine seltene Möglichkeit, ein ehrliches Feedback zu erhalten, um so nicht in eine nicht sehr förderliche Alltagsroutine zu fallen.
