Rochester-Bern Executive Programs is a foundation based on the long-standing collaboration between the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester (NY, USA) and the University of Bern. It has been offering executive education programs since 1995, such as the renowned Rochester-Bern Executive MBA or various CAS (e.g. Board of Directors or Leadership & Inclusion). It also organizes company-specific seminars and programmes. Its clients include companies such as SBB and the Insel Group. Simon Business School has been accredited by the AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International) since 1966 and has achieved good rankings in business school rankings for many years (e.g. number 2 in the world in Economics and number 8 in Finance according to the Financial Times Specialty Ranking 2020).

Seminar Foundation Board (lessons in German)

Switzerland is a country of foundations - around 13,000 charitable foundations are active in areas such as social welfare, culture and healthcare. The demands on foundation board members have risen sharply in recent years, and with them the need for professionalization of the highest foundation body. The three-day specialization seminar offered by Rochester-Bern Executive Programs is the first university-level continuing education course in Switzerland to provide foundation board members with the theoretical and practical tools they need to successfully master the challenges they face.

As Chairman of the Board of Directors, you not only lead the Board of Directors, but also the Executive Board.
