Field of activity and objectivesstar is a training college in the fields of exercise, fitness and health promotion, which was founded in 2000 by Karin Albrecht and Cyrill Lüthi. The star offers recognized courses with formal and non-formal qualifications and is based on the OdaBug professional qualifications and the market needs of the fitness and exercise industry. The training courses enjoy a high level of recognition in the industry. The training offered is innovative, participant-oriented and practical.

star education attaches great importance to practical skills. That is why we focus on on-site attendance days and dosed online learning via the video platform. The theoretical content is partly developed using learning videos (can be planned individually online) and partly on face-to-face days in order to ensure targeted practical transfer on site. We consider the coaching profession to be a craft in which a wide range of skills must be fulfilled; among other things, we attach great importance to movement competence and analysis. This is why we appeal to people who want to learn by "doing", welcome group exchanges and work with educational videos in a measured way. According to the motto "as much theory as necessary, as much practice as possible"!
