Training as a pedagogical specialist for early childhood

Experiences in the first years of life have a lasting impact on a child's development.
Professional support requires specialist knowledge, relationship skills and a clear pedagogical approach.

In our training program, you will acquire sound knowledge of developmental psychology and learn how to support children in an encouraging and responsible manner.
The training corresponds to a structured, practical training as a playgroup leader and is based on individual psychology according to Alfred Adler.

Our training is not a modular course, but a consecutive, personally guided learning process.

Annual training to become an early childhood education specialist

Scope of training

• 200 lessons over one year
• ½ day per week in classroom teaching
• Playgroup visits and practical experience integrated
• Learning process that builds on each other - no modular individual courses

Contents

You learn:

• Understand and specifically support child development
• Classify behavior and provide encouraging support
• Putting "educating from the inside out" into practice
• set up and run a playgroup with professional confidence
