EnE focal points
In theBodyworkthe human psyche, body and mind are included. The bodywork corresponds to the process and resource orientation and uses emotion- and need-centered methods, which makes experiencing and working in the here and now an important principle. With the attitude "the body knows more than we do", phenomenological, emotion-feeling-centered methods are made tangible and experienceable and supplemented by a systemic and body-oriented perspective. Learning thus takes place on many different levels and guarantees profound development.
TheTransactional analysis(TA), founded by E. Berne, understands the human being as a whole and inherently equipped with a potential for constructive forces towards autonomy and social responsibility. TA aims to improve communication in both professional and private contexts.
TheResource-oriented conversation with your own language(according to D. Jonas) is based on the central principles: "The uniqueness of each individual" and "There are (good) reasons for their behavior". Each person is considered an expert on their own life situation. Everything that is personally experienced and perceived makes up our inner world, which influences our language and is expressed through our own language as "inner wisdom".
Supplemented with subtle impulses from energy work, the EnE training always focuses on mindful sensing, accompanying and giving space. TheCounseling healing workrefers to counseling techniques to support healing processes, which combines counseling and healing.

The teaching of theory is combined and supplemented with self-awareness, supervision and approaches from systemic work. Personal development and counseling skills are trained, expanded and promoted right from the start.
The EnE basic training laststhree years. Participants decide each year whether they want to continue.
The training is very feasible while working:
Each year of training comprises17 days, spread over 8 course blocks per year. In each training year there is a 3-day self-awareness block that takes place at an external location.
The group size consists of a maximum of14 participantswhich enables an instructive and trusting learning and group atmosphere. Theindividual development processis constantly honored and aenriching exchangepromotes learning with and from each other. Life as it is and how we encounter it is given space and supportedBroadening horizonson several levels.
