Feelings of all kinds are our constant companions; they shape us, our behavior, our thinking and our perception. Contrary to our expectation that we usually make decisions with our minds, in most cases our emotions have a much more decisive influence in the decision-making process. Our feelings are connected to our past experiences and adventures - unconsciously and yet present, they form the basis for our present existence, our attitude, our mindset - for our path in life.

Emotion coaching offers people in a wide range of life situations - whether in development processes or in acute situations - helpful reinforcement and support. During coaching sessions, coaches guide clients into a dialog with their emotions and personality traits with the aim of finding meaning and healing injuries suffered. Emotional coaching can also be an incomparably helpful support in overcoming anxiety, building self-esteem and self-love, in grief processes or in the search for happiness strategies.

If you have completed training as an Integral Coach or equivalent coaching training, nothing stands in the way of you becoming an Emotion Coach.
