The training to become a hypnosis coach or mental coach comprises 16 course evenings or 14 course days.

Hypnosis & coaching can be used to induce a natural state, which is why it is a wonderful tool in the context of therapy and change work. It starts where our feelings, actions and thoughts take place outside of our conscious perception. It can also have an effect on psychosomatic complaints. In the Hypno Coaching training course, you can learn the method in a well-founded way so that you can use it successfully for your future clients.

The hypnosis coach course leading to the "school's own certificate (cert.)" often begins with an introduction to mental coaching and trance work.

This is followed by methods of relaxation meditation, recognizing and dissolving imprints and patterns, promoting creativity and intuition, increasing concentration and building up inner strengths.

Further topics of the hypnosis coach training are also often: shadow work, power animal coaching, mental goal achievement, energy cleansing, self-confidence, sleep disorders, shame and guilt, self-love, forgiveness, self-knowledge, lifestyle, timeline, soul plan, past, vocation coaching.

Those who have successfully completed the hypnosis coach training have various options for further individual training. For example, the Coaching Institute offers graduates the opportunity to upgrade to the following qualifications within just a few days of training (2018):

Graduates of the Hypnosis Coach course receive a recognized Coach ICI qualification, an educational certificate covering more than 300 learning units, 13.5 ECTS points and the qualification "Certified Psychosocial Mental CIS".

Anyone wishing to work as a mental/hypnosis coach in the future should above all have an appreciative and resource-oriented attitude, have life experience and be socially competent. In addition, participants are expected to be willing to work on their own personality (personality retreat) and already have basic training as a coach, e.g. as a Cert. Integral Coach CIS or comparable training. However, each school may have additional requirements.
