Der Lehrgang war gut aufgebaut und strukturiert. Die Dozenten haben die Module spannen gestaltet. Durch die kleine Klassengrösse konnte ich optimal vom Lehrgang profitieren.

Da der Lehrgang neu war, ist es auch sehr schwierig und wenn von Seite Fmpro nichts kommt ist es noch viel schwieriger. Für das habt ihr das gut gemacht. Vielen Danke Silvia und Kaspi. Ich wüsste nicht, ob ich den Lehrgang nochmals machen würde, aber dies von Seite Fmpro Nochmals vielen Dank euch Silvia und Kaspi für eure Unterstützung und vor allem für den Hammer Abschlussabend! Silvia, Kaspi und Oliiva haben ihre Arbeit gut gemacht. Ich bedanke mich für alle die kleinen Gesten und Aufmerksamkeiten (div. Aperos, Osterhasen, Burgerplausch und natürlich den mega tollen Diplomabschluss. Ein Pausenraum fehlt leider.

Für mich ist der Lehrgang LFMM ein noch nicht ganz durchdachter Lehrgang, welcher sich nicht mit der Facilitymanagemant Branche in der Realität deckt. Der Fokus wird auf die falschen unwichtigen Themen gelegt und das Hauptproblem ist meiner Meinung nach der FM Pro selber. Es sollte nicht sein, dass so viel Handlungsspielraum beim Interpretieren der Lernziele vorhanden sein darf. DIe Lehrer müssen wissen, was sie unterrichten müssen. Das hatte ich in den 2 Jahren nicht das Gefühl. DIe EGT Silvia und Kaspi waren sehr nett und haben ihren Job sehr gut gemacht.

Der Lehrgang hat mir viel Wissen vermittelt. Das Umfeld war sehr gut. Anliegen konnten der Schulleitung jederzeit angebracht werden. Es war eine angenehme Weiterbildung die ich auch scho weiterempfohlen habe.

Gute Organisation und einige Dozenten sind hervorragend. Da es der erste Leiter FM Kurs war und die meisten bestanden haben würde der Job erfüllt;)
