The salary following continuing education to become a logistics specialist depends on various factors. Key factors include, for example, prior work experience, job title, industry, region, company size, and managerial responsibilities.
The Federal Certificate can help demonstrate the qualifications needed for more demanding technical, project, or leadership roles. However, this does not imply a specific pay raise.
Particularly significant differences can arise when a change in job responsibilities coincides with the completion of the degree, for example, due to additional responsibilities in process management, project work, or team leadership.
In individual cases, the development of the salary depends on other criteria such as sector, region, company or previous education, professional experience and age of the applicant.
