As a dog therapist, for example, you can help animals on a daily basis... Are you looking for a suitable training provider for training or further training in animal physiotherapy? Here on Ausbildung-Weiterbildung.ch you can quickly and easily find numerous suitable training courses in the field of veterinary medicine and therapy:

Animal physiotherapy - pain relief and mobility training for animals

Although it is not a recognized treatment method, animal physiotherapy has been very successful and is often used. The therapy is suitable for animals with diseases related to the bones, muscles, joints or spine. If an animal suffers from pain, this usually manifests itself in lameness. Physiotherapy can specifically counteract such illnesses and pain. As animals often adopt long-term, damaging protective postures following surgery or lameness, it is very important to use manual techniques to provide a targeted solution.

Animal physiotherapy was derived from human physiotherapy and transferred to the animal musculoskeletal system. In addition to manual methods, some other forms of therapy from human medicine have also been successfully transferred to veterinary medicine, such as ultrasound therapy or electrotherapy. Massages or passive gymnastic exercises are also carried out during physiotherapy sessions.
