Achieving success thanks to Wing Wave Coaching

Wing Wave Coaching gives clients immense performance confidence and leads to successful stress management - in as little as three to five coaching sessions! This coaching method is therefore more suitable for short-term coaching and is used by business people, athletes, actors, teachers and artists.

 

The coaching is based on the latest findings in brain research and includes the following methods:

- Bilateral hemisphere stimulation (rapid eye movements by quickly moving the fingers in front of the client's eyes ensure optimal cooperation between the two hemispheres of the brain)

- NLP, neuro-linguistic programming (communication techniques and methods for changing psychological processes)

- Myostatic test (O-ring test to check the effectiveness of coaching interventions)
