Apprenticeship
Apprenticeships - an exciting start to a career in the hotel and catering industry! Our unique school hotels are federally recognized vocational schools that offer vocational training in a block model. This allows young talents to concentrate on their theoretical and practical learning in block courses lasting several weeks and develop their social skills in a supportive school environment. And all this during the off-season or when hotel or restaurant operations are reduced.
Dipl. Hotelier-Gastronomer CHE / Dipl. Hotelier-Gastronomin CHE
The CHE Hotelier-Gastronomer degree program is a comprehensive program that optimally prepares you for a successful career at management level in the hospitality industry. Our program focuses on practical training and real-world experience that will enable you to develop the skills required in the industry. The program is shortened to 2 years for those with a Federal VET Diploma in Hospitality. Students who wish to remain financially independent can complete the program while working.
In addition to the school and the internship company, a third learning location, The Lab Hotel, has been integrated into our training concept. "Practical relevance" is not enough for us! The postgraduate studies CHE Hotel Management is tailored to active entrepreneurs and senior managers in the hotel, catering and tourism industries. This broad-based and practice-oriented continuing education, further training program provides ambitious managers with the social and methodological skills they need to face the rapidly changing and new challenges in the industry, the economy and society and thus successfully manage companies of all kinds.
The course offers comprehensive and up-to-date management training for the real world. It promotes personal and social skills and enables participants to take on management responsibility for the benefit of all.
After successfully completing the federally recognized postgraduate studies CHE in Hotel Management, graduates are entitled to use the title "Dipl. Hotelmanager NDS CHE" or "Dipl. Hotelmanager NDS CHE" and are in a position to manage a company.

Vocational trainer course
The five-day vocational trainer course provides you with the extensive knowledge you need in the hotel industry to recruit, train and prepare apprentices for the qualification process. Are you responsible for occupational health and safety in your company? The KOPAS course shows you how to implement the legal requirements in your company - using a tried-and-tested industry solution. The course complies with the requirements of the Federal Coordination Commission for Occupational Safety (FCOS) and is based on the industry solution "Occupational safety and health protection in the hospitality industry" (FCOS Guideline 6508) with many checklists and information sheets. As the KOPAS of your company, the participants are familiar with the industry solution for the hospitality industry and can support the implementation in your company using the operating instructions.
