The examination is divided into a written block and an oral block, which take place twice a year in March and September. The written examinations take two days and the oral examinations take place over a period of around 14 days. Seven modules are tested: Oral Communication, Written Communication, Conflict Management, Presentation, Self-Knowledge, Self-Management and Leading a Team/Group.

The continuing education, leadership with SVF certificate is aimed at people who wish to take on a management function.
